Rebuild package for Masterbuilt 800 and 900 models. All made of 304 Stainless steel. Includes firebox mod, firebox inlet grate, super sear manifold and base kit, manifold cover and gasket material.

Fire Box:

DOES NOT FIT 600, 1150 OR XT MODELS! New design minimizes warping. This 12 gauge 304 stainless steel insert can be installed in Masterbuilt 560, 800, 900, and 1050 Gravity Series Smokers to help extend the life of the fire box. This insert helps prevent burn through of the original plates that come from the factory. Installation can be done in less than an hour and only requires a couple of common tools. Disassembly of the upper and lower hopper is required for installation.

Some warping of the firebox mod is normal and should be expected. It will still protect the original plates behind the fire box mod. Due to the extreme conditions this unit is subjected to, there is no warranty on the firebox mod. All products may differ slightly from pictures.

560/600/800/900 Manifold Cover (Anti-Flare Lip):

The manifold cover is made of 20 gauge 304 stainless steel and is contoured to rest on top of the manifold on the Masterbuilt 560 or 800 Gravity Series Smoker. This cover helps control flare ups from grease when cooking. The long edges have a lip that catches grease before it can drop down in to the manifold burn area. It also makes clean up a snap. When done cooking, just lift the cover off and scrub it up rather than scraping and scrubbing the manifold it's self. The cover will help prolong the life of the manifold without restricting air flow or cooking temps. It will never rust. The manifold cover is a great addition to keep your grill clean!

The cover is not guaranteed to prevent all flare ups. All products may differ slightly from pictures.

800/900 Super Sear Manifold and Base Kit:

This super sear manifold and base kit takes the place of the stock manifold and base. This manifold requires the use of the LSS Mods manifold cover during low temperature smoking and cooking. This manifold takes the place of your existing manifold. It is made of 304 20 GA stainless steel and will not rust. Open top design allows for high temp direct flame searing.

IMPORTANT NOTE -- This manifold requires the use of the LSS Mods manifold cover during low temperature smoking and cooking. Remove the cover for searing. DO NOT order this manifold unless you have or plan to order a manifold cover. LSS Mods is not responsible for grease fires or misuse of this product. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Firebox Inlet Grate:

This inlet grate is made from 14 gauge 304 stainless steel so it will not rot out like the original grate. It is ideal to install this when installing the firebox mod.

Install of this grate requires removal of the original fire pads. If your fire pads are in bad shape they may fall apart upon removal. In this case it may be best to get a new "firebrick kit" and install this grate while installing that kit.
