I wanted to write about the new Super-Sear manifold. I hooked it up and finally smoked a New York Strip on Saturday, searing the outside after removing the manifold cover. It was to die for! On Sunday, thanks to you, I GRILLED bison burgers—wow—I was really missing the grilling portion of my outdoor cooking.
