The 800 Pit Master Mod Package includes the fire box, manifold cover, water pan, drip pan brackets, ash bucket grate, fan protector insert, hopper cover, damper and grate hook for the Masterbuilt 800 Gravity Series Smoker. Fire Box:

NEW DESIGN THAT MINIMIZES WARPING! This 12 gauge 304 stainless steel insert can be installed in Masterbuilt 560, 800, 900, and 1050 Gravity Series Smokers to help extend the life of the fire box. This insert helps prevent burn through of the original plates that come from the factory. Installation can be done in less than an hour and only requires a couple of common tools.

560/800/900 Manifold Cover (Anti-Flare Lip):

The manifold cover is made of 20 gauge 304 stainless steel and is contoured to rest on top of the manifold on the Masterbuilt 560 or 800 Gravity Series Smoker. This cover helps control flare ups from grease when cooking. The long edges have a lip that catches grease before it can drop down in to the manifold burn area. It also makes clean up a snap. When done cooking, just lift the cover off and scrub it up rather than scraping and scrubbing the manifold it's self. The cover will help prolong the life of the manifold without restricting air flow or cooking temps. It will never rust. The manifold cover is a great addition to keep your grill clean!

560/800/900 Water Pan:

This stainless steel water pan sits snugly in place on top of the heat duct to the right of your manifold on the Masterbuilt 560 or 800 Gravity Series Smoker. Heat from the duct heats the solution in the water pan causing it to evaporate keeping moisture in your meat! Great for those low, slow cooks. The water pan can hold up to 5.4 cups and fits under the bottom grates taking up no cooking space.

Drip Pan Brackets (Holds 2 Pans):

These brackets work in conjunction with the manifold cover that has the anti-flare lip which allow you to put an aluminum drip pans under the bottom rack on your smoker. This product must be used with the manifold cover (not included). The brackets can be adjusted anywhere on top of the manifold cover. They allow use of aluminum pans up to 2" deep that will still fit under the bottom grate. Each set of brackets holds 1 drip pan.

Ash Bucket Grate/Hopper Sear Grate and Fan Protector:

Use this kit to produce more smoke flavor! Install the ash bucket grate with the short side down and line it on top with wood chunks and watch the smoke roll. Your original charcoal grate lets the embers fall. The mod grate keeps the chunks from being buried in ash. Fan protector insert ensure no embers fall into your fan. All stainless steel of course and fits Masterbuilt 560, 800, and 1050 Gravity Series Smokers.

Grate Hook Multitool:

The grate hook multitool allows easy removal of the cast iron cooking grates. The cast iron grates are lifted in the middle of the grate allowing for good balance and easy lifting. And best of all it has a built in bottle opener! Stainless steel of course!

Hopper Cover:

New and improved hopper cover attaches directly to your hopper lid eliminating the need to grab a hot handle on the cover while cooking. Protects your hopper lid from damage. Comes with gasket material installed and instructions for installation.

800/900 Vent Damper:

Regulate heat and smoke loss to conserve charcoal with the vent damper. The damper is easily installs in less than a minute and and does not require drilling into your grill. It fits the Masterbuilt 800 and 900 Gravity Series Smoker. The damper also acts as a wind block to help maintain an even temperature on windy days. It adjusts easily and will not interfere with the cook chamber door. The damper is laser cut 304 stainless steel so it will not rust and you can clean it with pretty much whatever you want.
