I wanted to write about the new Super-Sear manifold. Hooked up and on Saturday finally smoked a New York Strip and then seared the outside after removing the manifold cover....it was to die for!!!!On Sunday, thanks to you, I GRILLED bison burgers - wow -  I was really missing the grilling portion of my outdoor cooking.
